Position Overview

As an Account Manager, you will bridge our clients and internal team. Your role will be crucial in ensuring the successful delivery of our services according to our clients’ needs. The ideal candidate will be a skilled communicator who can follow and enhance our current process.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients. This communication includes email, phone, video, and in-person.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.
  • Coordinate the creation and delivery of marketing campaigns that meet client objectives.
  • Manage client accounts, ensuring all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
  • Conduct regular meetings with clients and internal teams to ensure clear communication and seamless execution of projects.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of campaigns and provide clients with regular performance reports.
  • Identify opportunities for new business and growth within existing accounts.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments to advise clients effectively.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as an account manager, key account manager, sales account manager, junior account manager, or other related role 
  • Digital marketing and marketing analytics experience is preferred
  • Ability to work independently as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Hubspot CRM, Loom, and Asana (or similar software) is preferred 
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Exceptional presentation skills and ability to lead a meeting
